Learn how to work the bag. Controlling your distance, moving around, timing it — those are just the first steps. You’ll enjoy hitting the bag like a boxer.
BOB-SLIP-WEAVE AND COUNTER LIKE A BOXER
Get ready to test your concentration and your coordination. This class will put emphasis on your reflexes. You’ll need to be quick and precise in your punches. Your defence will need to be impregnable.
BE STRONG LIKE A BOXER
You can't fully enjoy a boxing workout without a solid and strong body. This class will work mostly on your stabilizer muscles.
