MOVE LIKE A BOXER
The art of simulating a sparring session in front of the mirror. You will learn the fundamental basics of boxing with no compromises. Punches, head movements, footwork, slips, bobbing, weaving, ducking, feints, rolls....
Level 1 – Fundamentals: Build your foundation! Master the fighting stance, punches, and hip rotation. Stability is key—strong base, strong boxer.
Level 2 – Footwork & Flow: Move like a pro! Sharpen your footwork, rhythm, angles, and momentum. Great boxers are great dancers—learn to glide in the ring.

HIT LIKE A BOXER
Learn how to work the bag. Controlling your distance, moving around, timing it — those are just the first steps. You’ll enjoy hitting the bag like a boxer.
Level 1 – Bag Basics: Hit the bag safely and master your basic punches. Focus on control and technique—get ready for FOCUS BOXE 1!
Level 2 – Combos & Flow: Step up with complex punch combinations and add the footwork from SHADOW BOXE 2. Sharpen your skills and get ready for FOCUS BOXE 2!

FOCUS BOXE
BOB-SLIP-WEAVE AND COUNTER LIKE A BOXER
Get ready to test your concentration and your coordination. This class will put emphasis on your reflexes. You’ll need to be quick and precise in your punches. Your defence will need to be impregnable.
Level 1 – Partner & Precision: Master pad work, control your distance, and punch with perfect timing and accuracy. Become the partner everyone wants in the gym!
Level 2 – Combos & Footwork: Step up with complex combinations, add footwork, and start learning defensive techniques. Sharpen your skills for real ring movement.
Level 3 – Structure & Defense: Drill with focus on defense and structure. Safe, technical, and precise—this is not sparring, it’s about mastering the craft.

CORE BOXE
BE STRONG LIKE A BOXER
At Boxe Office, our resistance training is divided into five complementary classes, each with a clear purpose. GPP builds the foundation by improving movement quality, strength, and resilience. Power Burst develops explosiveness and speed through short, high-quality efforts. Burn & Blast challenges muscular endurance and mental toughness by pushing through fatigue. Cardio Boost targets heart and lung capacity with sustained high-intensity work. Finally, Endurance builds the aerobic base, helping you move longer, recover faster, and train consistently. Together, these classes create a balanced, strong, and durable body.
